Angel Hammond

Angel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in neurobiology and a minor in gerontology. At CHDR, Angel works on assisting with data analysis of neuroimaging data from the Neighborhoods Study. Angel previously worked at the Center for Healthy Minds on the Midlife in the United States (MIDUS) project, a longitudinal study examining how biology, personal characteristics, life experiences, and health are related to emotional regulation using fMRI and facial EMG. She also worked on a Wisconsin Registry Alzheimer’s Prevention (WRAP) project, which studies the relationship between emotional processes and risk for Alzheimer’s disease.
